Thanksgiving Week In Review: Nov. 14-18
Our kids have been hard at work and have been wonderful troopers. In addition to learning our regular weekly units, the children have continued working on costumes and preparing for their upcoming holiday program.
The 3s learned about Indians this week, and shared with their friends something they were thankful for during this month's show-n-tell. We also continued reviewing our ABCs, shapes, colors and numbers during circle time.
Students in the 4s classes talked about the Thanksgiving holiday, and also shared something they were thankful for during show-n-tell. The 4s were also very busy making their special projects this week, which will be part of their program next week.
Time-To-Grow students focused on the letter "J" this week. Jello jigglers were made on Tuesday in cooking. Thursday, these youngsters spent time working on their "Special Me" book for the month.
Next week's performance schedule will be as follows:
Monday, November 21 - 4-year old Thanksgiving performance at 10:45AM
Tuesday, November 22 - 3s and Time-To-Grow students will perform at 10:45AM and 2:15PM respectively
Wednesday, November 23 - Friday, November 25 - NO SCHOOL
Parents are invited to come for the show and stay for the feast following the program.
